Instructions to upload your signed DSA

Our priority is to keep your settings data safe. As such, we will use a secure online folder, using Egress, to collect any information from your setting, which ensures only named team members can access the data you share with us.

Below are instructions to upload your signed DSA.

  1. Sign the DSA and save it as a pdf on your own device (you can either electronically sign the DSA, or print it off, sign it, and scan it in).

  2. Please click on the secure link from RAND Europe that provided by The ONE Team in the e-mail to your setting

  3. Enter your email address and click “Verify” to be sent a verification code:

  4. Once you click “Verify”, you will be prompted to enter the verification code sent to your email. This code will likely be a letter followed by 5 numbers (e.g., A12345). Enter this code and click ‘Verify the code’.

  5. This will take you to the upload screen:

  6. To upload your file,

i. Click on the “Select Files” button (highlighted by the green arrow in the image above)

ii.  This will open a new window (displayed in the image below)

iii. Select the file you want to upload by clicking on it once (the file will become highlighted in blue).

iv. Click on the “Open” button (highlighted by the green arrow in the image above)

v. The window will automatically close, and you will see the file name appear in the box on the right-hand side of the upload screen (as displayed in the screenshot below).

vi. Click on the “Upload 1 files” button (circled in green below).

If all steps outlined above are followed correctly, the file will have been uploaded onto the Egress site. Thank you!
